Job Summary: We are hiring an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing basic accounting tasks along with the uploading and maintenance of financial and operational documents. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and data entry in Tally or relevant software. Upload invoices, receipts, and financial documents to internal portals or client systems. Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly and yearly financial closures. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required documentation. Ensure all files and data are accurately uploaded and securely stored. Assist in generating reports for audits or financial review. Support the accounts team in administrative tasks and bank reconciliations.
